Chili's Grill & Bar

We had an issue with our UberEats order where someone else picked up me and my boyfriend’s food, and we were left frustrated and unsure what to do. Thankfully, Shawn at Chili’s stepped in and completely turned the situation around. From the moment we spoke with him, he was calm, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. Even though it wasn’t Chili’s fault, Shawn went out of his way to make things right. Kept us updated the whole time, and treated us with kindness and respect. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes pride in their job and goes the extra mile like he did. Thank you, Shawn you turned a bad experience into something good. Chili’s is very lucky to have someone like you on their team!

Ate here on our drive to Tampa. We parked in a to go spot by accident as it was marked on the floor. So I went in to reserve a table while my husband moved the car. It wasn't very busy so there was a lot of parking. We were seated very quickly. Our waitress came over and started taking our drink order. Everyone pretty much got the "3-for-me". So as we were discussing the details, someone else walked over with our drinks. We really enjoyed that very much. Appetizers came out pretty quickly. The Ceasars salad was delicious. I like a lot of parmesan cheese. My son got the enchilada soup and the seasoning made me think of the Indian pueblo food in Albuquerque. (Thats a good thing... very flavorful and yummy. One of my favorite restaurants to go to when we do a road trip). My husband got the chips and salsa and it had a lot of chips. I got the sirloin which was very delicious. My husband got a burger that was drenched in sauce, and my kids got pasta. The drinks never were empty. The server brought us another glass when we were half empty. The restaurant was well kept and service was amazing.

Some decent menu options. Nice staff. Festive bar area. Where can you go and sit down and get an appetizer, nice size burger, fries AND drink starting at $ 10.99? Had a small salad, delicious burger cooked exactly how I asked. Decent service from young lady Adena . Few small errors were quickly correctly. Would love to go have lunch again soon!

A great place to find good food at a good price. The lunch combo deals and dinner combo options are a great value. However, I was surprised that the peanut butter pie had increased in price to $11.25.... that's the dessert price at an expensive upscale restaurant.

Came here for the triple Dipper with my husband and had the best server, Shay, who went above and beyond for us. She's so funny and charismatic, a great addition to this chilis team. The food was also very fresh and delicious. 5/5

Good service, great food at great prices…. Really love going to Chili’s and this one was clean, staff was friendly and it was easy to get a good table and accomodate.
